Always planning where your nearest toilet is or avoiding long journeys?

Would you like to have more confidence in your pelvic floor?

In this online course I will guide you through how to stop incontinence and prolapse in their tracks with my BPL Method

Breathe

Learn how to move the ribcage with a 360 breath, regain balance between the in and exhale and find the calming touch of your parasympathetic nervous system so that your diaphragm and pelvic floor can reconnect and work as a team.

Pause

Get comfortable with a breath hold and learn to release the tension so that you can maximise your potential range of movement - diaphragm to diaphragm.

Lift

Learn how to use the movement of the ribcage and the breath hold to create a vacuum so that your diaphragm and connective tissue can lift the pelvic organs and floor from above and train the muscles to work more effectively for your day to day life.

Presented by Julie Clement

Julie has spent over a decade helping women feel stronger, more confident and connected to their bodies. In 2025 she became a certified Hypopressives trainer after recognising just how many women quietly struggle with inconvenient leaks and the drag of prolapse with very few solutions available to them. In this workshop Julie explores how Hypopressives offer a highly effective solution to these surprisingly common female conditions.

Julie is delighted to be offering this free introductory workshop, where she will share simple insights into how Hypopressives work and why they can be so beneficial for pelvic health. It’s a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to learn more about this method, try a few gentle techniques, and discover how small changes can make a meaningful and significant difference to everyday life.

"I had resigned myself to needing to wear a pad whenever doing any form of exercise and even for long walks so I decided to give Julie‘s Hypopressives course a go. After completing the course, I did notice an improvement but still wore pads for reassurance. Then, I went to a party where I danced  for the whole evening. At the end of the evening I realised I’d forgotten to wear a pad. Amazingly, my pelvic floor had held up and I hadn’t had any issue at all! I now have the confidence to do all forms of exercise pad free."
