Course Details

We will meet on a Monday evening on Zoom for a 30 minute live class which will be recorded.  The time is currently set at 6pm but this can shift a little earlier or later if the majority of the group prefer a different time.  You will have access to the live recording within 24 hours of the class and be able to repeat this as many times as you like.  I will also create a short 10 minute home practice for you to do a minimum of 4 times through the week between our live sessions.  You will have access to your course content indefinitely so you can recap and remind yourself of the technique whenever you need to.  You also get a 30 minute 1:1 with me either in person or on Zoom.

In Short;

  • 1 x 30 minute live Zoom class on Monday evening for 6 weeks

  • 1 x 10 minute home practice to do each week

  • Unlimited access to all course content

  • Complimentary 1:1 for TP Clients

I have spent over a decade helping women feel stronger, more confident and connected to their bodies and 2025 I became a certified Hypopressives trainer after recognising just how many women struggle with inconvenient leaks and the drag of prolapse, with very few solutions available to them. In this course we will explore how Hypopressives offer a highly effective solution to these surprisingly common female conditions.

After completing the course, I did notice an improvement but still wore pads for reassurance. Then, I went to a party where I danced  for the whole evening.
